i sit in the scratchy, twirly, computer chair, listening to the lyrics of katieness, making my theme song. in front of me lies a computer, under the old wooden shelf. pictures of rap stars and friendships and places i've never been are taped haphazardly to it, and it is covered with treasures from a short life. cream colored angels with shiny wings, a ceramic frog prince, a redwood box with golden edging, a nickelodian alarm clock decked out with funky dials of purple and green, a ty monkey with a silly face, st ives lotion, movies with ashton kutcher and sims discs, a watch of black plastic, a little white cabinet, pastel kitty figurines in a basket, a black cloth rose, and an african style doll in red garb. other things of odd sentimental value finish the picture.
